An undying specter of wrath and retribution, Kalista is an armoured nightmare summoned from the Shadow Isles to hunt deceivers and traitors. The betrayed may cry out in blood to be avenged, but Kalista only answers those willing to pay with their very souls. Those who become the focus of Kalista’s wrath should make their final peace, for any pact sealed with this grim hunter can only be ended by the cold, piercing fire of her soul-spears.

- ⇨ Kalista hunts those, who betray others. On her list are:⇨ Cassiopeia for backstabbing Sivir.⇨ 'The Spear of Vengeance' is a hivemind of betrayed souls (hence she referring to herself as 'we') while Kalista herself is buried deep beneath them all, with every new soul burying her ever-deeper within the entity she has become.

Sadistic and cunning, Thresh is an ambitious and restless spirit of the Shadow Isles. Once the custodian of countless arcane secrets, he sought a power greater than life or death, and now sustains himself by tormenting and breaking others with slow, excruciating inventiveness. His victims suffer far beyond their brief mortal coil as Thresh wreaks agony upon their souls, imprisoning them in his unholy lantern to torture for all eternity.

- ⇨ Thresh was a member of the Brotherhood of Dusk located in the heart of the Blessed Isles, turned undead when the Ruination struck.⇨ Thresh was directly responsible for the Ruination of the Blessed Isles, he was the one who led Kalista's uncle, the Ruined King to the Waters of Life.⇨ Thresh tricked Lucian's wife Senna, claiming her soul and storing it in his lantern.⇨ Thresh and Lucian met again when the Harrowing descended upon Bilgewater after Gangplank's ship was destroyed. Lucian was able to drive Thresh away with Senna's help from the Chain Warden's lantern.
